Personal Paleo is intended for small groups (6-7 people) that will get individual coaching on any and all things to do with paleo. We have had a lot of success with past groups and wanted to offer it to everyone that needs that extra little bit of coaching. Contact Marie at the above email for more details.
A. 15 min to establish a 1RM OHS- try to go heavier then the past 2 weeks; rest as needed.
4 Rounds for total reps of:
In 90 sec. Row 250 m as fast as possible, then with the remaining time perform ARMAP of Back Squat- 135/95
*Rest 90 sec after each round (including the final round)
465 m Run For Time (this is an ALL OUT EFFORT!)
