A.  20 min to establish a 1RM HB Back Squat

 

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for time of:

30 KBS-70/53

50 Double Unders

*Rest as long as it took to complete 3 rounds then;

3 x ME UB Pull-ups; rest as needed.

  1. FYI – all you moms (and dads) that bring kids into the daycare, dress them up in their costumes (if you dare) all the workers have been *strongly encouraged* to dress up, so lets get everyone in on the fun.
