STRENGTH/CONDITIONING

A.  Low Bar Back Squat- EMOM for 5 min- 2 reps 80% of most recent 1RM.

B1.  15 Heavy KBS; rest 30 sec.

B2.  AMRAP Wall Balls- 20/15 (10’/9′); rest 30 sec. x 5 sets

C.  3 x 20 BB Overhead Reverse Lunge (10 per leg)- heavy as possible; rest 1 min

D.  AD 5 min for Max Cals
