Tues 11/27/12 WOD

In honor of all the women that have came to crossfit through their entire pregnancy we will be doing a workout in the near future for all the men called “Feel my pain”,  Stay tuned!  Who’s man enough to accept a women’s challenge?

 

STRENGTH

A.  Back Squat

-Every 30 sec for 4 min- 1 rep@85% (9 total)

*Rest 2 minutes

-Every minute on the minute for 4 min- 1 rep @90% (5 total)

 

CONDITIONING

2 min Max Effort AD for Cals

– Rest 1 min

10 min AMRAP of:

30 Double Unders

15 Power Snatch-75/55

-Rest 1 min

2 min Max Effort AD for Cals
