AMRAP in 15 min of:

50 Box Jumps-24/20

Then do rounds of:

5 Chest to bar pull-ups

10 Hand release push-ups

15 Front squats-95m/65w

 

CF ENDURANCE- Meet at 9am in CF area, dress warm you will be going outside!
