One thing we do have at CFTC is a lot of strong women, keep up the good work ladies!


No more using the good hand chalk to write your rounds/reps on the ground, use the sidewalk chalk…thank you to my kids who I stole it from.

155 m Sandbag Run- 80/40

15 Sandbag Squats

12 Dead lifts-225/155

9 Plyo Push-ups

*Rest 1 min b/t rounds


ENDURANCE 9am in CF area.

Vanilla Progenex is finally here!  I will have at CF today, some of the bags are already spoken for the others is first come first serve.
