45 Day Clean Eating Challenge Results
We had some amazing results for those that stuck it out for the past 45 days, as a group we lost over 113 lbs of body fat! Above is a picture of 5lbs and 1lb of real body fat, in just 45 days of consciously eating a clean diet of lean meats, nuts and seeds, vegetables and some fruits we where able to trim the fat quickly. Congratulations to the top 5 winners of the challenge, Mike C, Dirk K, Jerri C, Brett and Jon.
We had many others that are deserving of recognition Spencer, Kip, Ryan F, Dustin H, Jim J, Neil, Koral the list goes on and on keep up the hard work and the clean eating! Remember, “you can’t out train a bad diet”.
A. In 20 min establish a 1RM Back Squat- full squat, hips below knees.
ENDURANCE- meet at 9am in cf area
