100 Pull-ups

100 Push-ups

100 Sit-ups

100 Squats

*must complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next.

  1. no clips…just weights to the end of the bar…that’s how the ladies of Crossfit roll. Way to go Mackenzie!!

  2. Way to go Mackenzie! You are strong and beautiful. I think a shout out is in order for Shaylee as well for rocking a 253 deadlift which is pretty impressive for someone who couldn’t find a weight belt small enough for her waist!
