WOD

A1.  3 x ME Bench Press @90%- rest 60 sec.

A2.  3 x 8 Good Mornings- heavy; rest 60 sec.

100 AD Cals

100 Double Unders

155 m DB Farmers Carry

20 Alternating DB Snatches

100 Double Unders

20 Lateral Box Jumps- 24/20

*Dumbell load should be the heaviest possible.  Recommended load is 100/70lb , the load used should be as close to this as possible.

 

ENDURANCE- meet at 9am in the CF area.

    I’m begging off…just hiked several miles of the Narrows and Angels landing in Zion’s — AWESOME and much more enjoyable than that evil bike 🙂
