10 Sandbag Power Cleans-80/40
155m Zercher Sandbag Carry-80/40
For those of you that have been following the Strength WODs you may feel a little beat up from the past two days, expect Monday’s and Tuesday’s to be longer workouts the rest of the week we will start to decrease volume. Remember the Strength days will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
ENDURANCE- will be cancelled today at 9am.
