A.  15 min to work up to a 1RM Close Grip Bench; rest as needed

B1.  4 x ME HSPU; rest 45 sec

B2.  4 x 5 Weighted Strict Pull-ups; rest 45 sec

B3.  4 x 10 Banded Reverse Hypers; rest 45 sec

Level I- 65/45
