A.  In 20 min establish a 1RM Snatch (squat, power, split)

B1.  3 x 10 Close Grip Bench Press- heaviest possible; rest 30 sec

B2.  3 x 15 Russian 1-arm KBS- heaviest possible; rest 30 sec.

B3.  3 x 20 BB Step-ups-20″ (Front Rack)- heavy; rest 30 sec.

B4.  3 x 25 Toes to Bar; rest 30 sec.

 

ENDURANCE- meet at 9am in the CF area.
