WOD

A.  15 min to establish a 1RM Split Jerk.

For Time:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Bench Press- 135/85

Power Snatch- 135/95

No Push-up Burpee Box Jump- 30/24

 

ENDURANCE– meet at 9am in the CF area.
