STRENGTH

A.  15 min to establish a new 1RM Split Jerk- heavier then last week; rest as needed.

 

CONDITIONING

Level I

4 Rounds for time of:

30 Pull-ups

30 Push-ups

30 Anchored Sit-ups

 

Level II

4 Rounds for time of:

3 Rope Ascents- 15′

30 Push-ups

30 Anchored Sit-ups

 

ACCESSORIES

A.  100 Banded Push Downs

 

10/09/12 WOD Results

 

SCHEDULE- We will only be holding ONE class on Saturday at 7:00am, the basketball floor is being resurfaced and we would all have brain damage from the fumes.
