A2.  4 x 5 Pendlay Row- heavy as possible; rest 45 sec. (alternate every other set)

 

CONDITIONING

MIDLINE

A1.  3 x 20 GH Raises; rest 45 sec.

A2.  3 x 20 Banded Sit-ups; rest 45 sec.
